This wonderful 4 bedroom beach side cottage is perfect for your large family gathering. Enjoy 4 bedrooms with ample sleeping arrangements. The large open floor plan has plenty of space for your family. This home offers 4th row ocean views, and is just a short walk to closest beach access. Two four passenger golf carts come with the rental, and BHI Club Membership is available but not included. Linens are included. A Shoals Club Membership is available at an additional cost.

As always, renting from Bald Head Island Rentals was a great experience. Very clean house in great shape. Dependable. <br/><br/>Our family of 4, 2 kids was very comfortable and had an extra room. Perfect living space with kitchen and dining area connected. Rooms are right off the living room and up the stairs.

We had a beautiful week at Driftwood Cottage. The cottage is beautiful and has a great location, less than a five minute walk to the closest beach access. We would happily stay at Driftwood Cottage again!

Overall we had a great long stay at Driftwood. The house is in a great location and the renovations are nice. Some minor things I feel are lacking from a house of that quality include an ironing board, a non-stained iron, regular-sized coffee mugs, and updated beach chairs that are not rusted all over. Lastly, when we noticed that the property was not rented immediately following our stay I reached out several days prior to request a nightly rate to extend our stay and was told I would receive one to consider. I followed up a few days later and simply never heard back. It was disappointing as we were strongly interested in staying longer.

This was our 8th rental on the island and probably one of our favorites. It is in a convenient central location- close to the beach and not too far from the market, marina, or clubs. The house is updated and has a calming beach decor. The golf carts are up to date with strong batteries (which has been one of our biggest issue with many of the rentals on BHI). I do wish the house came with bikes but I was aware that it didn’t before I rented it so I really can’t complain. Overall, a really great week and I would definitely stay here again.

The Driftwood is in walking distance to an access for South Beach, and approximately one mile to the marina and the Maritime Market. The house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Management responded with help for an outdoor shower issue after my call within the hour! Very friendly and everything was taken care of that day. A few of us went kayaking in the marsh and would highly recommend it as the wildlife is everywhere for great pictures! We enjoyed the ocean views and privacy the house offered. Plenty of room for the nine of us. Great family vacation!
